Young at Heart

Our Over 55 group is called “Young at Heart.” Our patron saint is Saint Anthony of Padua. We will participate in Evangelization/Faith Formation, Service/Outreach, and Fellowship. Once a month, we will attend Mass together, pray the Rosary, and then go out to lunch.

We will also visit and befriend the elderly at the Basilica Place and evangelize them using faith formation materials. We will also do much more, including, visiting museums, attending events (like Rosary Congress and Lenten Soup Suppers), and discussing spiritual readings.

On the second Sunday of the month, YAHM will meet for a monthly prayer meeting immediately after the 10:45 Mass. The following is the meeting structure:

12:00pm: The Angelus

12:10pm: The Recitation of the Most Holy Rosary (Glorious mystery)

12:40pm: Depart for lunch at a restaurant

1:00pm: Lunch followed by fellowship and faith sharing insights on Sunday Mass readings and homily.

2:45pm: Leave restaurant for home.
